The thermal fuse and the bus bar are combined as a whole part, which is very compact and the thickness is less than 3 mm, reducing heat conduction path and increase protection functions: 1. When over current occurs, the internal alloy can heat itself and cut off the circuit. 2. When a single cell is thermal runaway, the heat is transferred through the bus bar, and when the temperature reaches the melting point of the thermal fuse, the heat conduction path is cut off to reduce the probability of thermal diffusion.

In the charging/discharging circuit, a Thermal Break Protector (TBP) is added for secondary protection: 1. When an over current occurs, the internal alloy can heat itself and cut off the circuit. 2. Coordinating with the BMS, it can trigger the control circuit of the Thermal Break Protector (TBP) to start the heater heating, and actively cut off the circuit.
